hdparm -v /dev/hda. Is 32-bit accessing a default now?

According to hdparm for my laptop, it looks like DMA, unmaskirq, and 32-bit
access are all turned on by default. This explains why RH9 boots up really
quick. Also, it doesn't look like there is a /etc/sysconfig/harddisks file
to turn these feature on. So, it looks like this is a default setting made
by the kernel - which is fine by me.

Is this correct?
