I rebuilt (on RH9) one that I made for Red Hat Linux 7.3, today in fact.
I have compiled in tdver=7.0 to support MS SQL Server 7, and the sybase rpms need to be installed too.
If you would like it, please email me off list, and i will gladly send you the (S)RPMS.
