installing by network with sis900

Hi

I'm trying to perform a network install with sis900 network card. It's
in the driver list, but modprobe says it can't find sis900 module.
Drivers disk lists it in the modinfo and pcitable files. Another card
exactly the same works on an already installed redhat system with sis900
module.

lspci -v :
00:0c.0 Ethernet controller: Silicon Integrated Systems [SiS] SiS900
10/100 Ethernet (rev 02)
Subsystem: Silicon Integrated Systems [SiS] SiS900 10/100
Ethernet Adapter
Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 32, IRQ 11
        I/O ports at 9800 [size=256]
        Memory at e0000000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=4K]
Expansion ROM at <unassigned> [disabled] [size=128K]
Capabilities: [40] Power Management version 2
                                                                                What is the problem?

Thanks,
