Slightly different queation, but why is it that Redhat is not making 

shrike-docs-APAC.iso
shrike-docs-EMEA.iso
shrike-docs-US.iso

available via paid RHN ISO downloads or at 

ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/9/en/iso/i386/?

Best I can tell, one must go to a mirror site to find it/them.
