To add to this... We use the Enermax 350W powersupplies and they work fine for 
dual AMD systems.  We have noticed that with the newer MP cpus, you _have_ to 
use the retail fans that come with the CPUs. We had tried using 3'rd party 
fans, both from Global Win and from Vantec, but none of them were able to 
cool the cpus enough.  The system would lockup at the bios post!!  Dropped 
the retail fans (which don't look like much) and stability went through the 
roof!

This is good, because your warrenty is void if you don't use the retail fan, 
and if you ever have to return a CPU, you have to return it with the fan.

Of course, if you buy these CPUs OEM, good luck....
