Recall that this laptop is legacy free and has an extremely minimal BIOS. I believe it uses ACPI to do IRQ assignments and we know ACPI is pretty broken in current kernels.

assigns irq 0 to the cardbus bridge..... which is "interesting" and
basically not correct ;-(
