I just did an up2date, had kernel-2.4.20-9 and kernel-source-2.4.20-9 installed as expected, no errors. I use an oridinary cable network to get at the net, and download speeds are nothing spectacular (around 22 KBytes/sec). Maybe the problem happens only under certain circumstances?
