Hi,

Yeah, those licensing schemes^W^Wsupport contracts with the RHN support
stink.

We know enough of GNU/Linux to do the support ourselves, but with a
short EoL, the time saved by just upgrading the packages is lost to the
cost of self maintaining SRC rpms with the new updates. Still, that cost
is way cheaper than the support contracts for AS, so fsck them.

All we wanted was to be able to download the updates on a timely manner
to our local mirror, for a reasonable EoL. For that, we'd pay, but not
at any cost, sorry, but the RHN support contracts are unreasonable if
you only want the updates to save some time.
