Well, start or restart a correctly made server process that doesn't keep
the terminal open to display eventual messages (i.e. a "real daemon"), and
there will be no problems whatsoever logging out...

I personally think that if there is a bug to be considered somewhere, it's
in the daemons that keep the terminal open, as that is not a behavior I
consider normal nor expect.
