No, the weird thing about these symptoms is the component is set correctly already and nobody tried to change it. The user/reporter did not try to change it _from_ "python". It is set to "python" and upon trying to add a comment or Cc, it would stay at "python". The wrong thing that is being reported is "AfterStep-APPS". No idea where that does come from.
