This bugzilla entry previously filed against Phoebe may be applicable here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=85466 It looks like there is a patch attached to that bugzilla that fixes things (without requiring the smpeg library). I'm not sure how to use this patch, so if anyone tries it and it works, I'd really appreciate guidance on how to do it.
