Well, this is part of the problem. By default, you can't. If you set it
up, and then run redhat-config-printer, the cups config gets rewritten
back to the default again. Just be aware.

I have taken to doing what I need to do to the /etc/cupsd.conf file, and
doing exactly the above. Just be sure not to run
redhat-config-printer-tui if you go that route.
