I don't find it here either. 

Even if it were available I assume it would work for only the currently 
installed Red Hat version? Whichcd has databases for several versions:
ASL1.0  MDK9.0  RHL5.2  RHL6.0  RHL6.1  RHL6.2  RHL7.1  RHL7.2  RHL7.3  
RHL8.0  RHL9

Like so:
$ whichcd comps-extras
You appear to be running Red Hat Linux 8.0.
I'll search for rpms for that version.

Searching for comps-extras...
CD-1:comps-extras-8.0-3.noarch.rpm
SOURCE-CD-2:comps-extras-8.0-3.src.rpm

$ whichcd -v 9 comps-extras
Searching in the RHL9 database.

Searching for comps-extras...
