I've noticed that in the Red Hat RPMs for mozilla, the download progress
dialog seems to be always on top. I'm guessing it's a hidden setting
somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. And the only mention of mozilla
in the release notes is regarding fontconfig. None of the
browser.download settings jump out at me either.
