RHL 9 seems to run much more smoothly than RHL 8.0 or the Phoebe betas
did on my 800 MHz Celeron laptop.  It is on par with what Phoebe3 felt
like after running prelink and tweaking things a bit.  Nautilus and the
Panel seem to be much more responsive.
