Writing inode tables: 3417/3577.
I'm formatting it w/this command:
mke2fs -j -b 4096 -R stride=16 -m 0 /dev/md2.
I originally tried this under Red Hat Linux 8.0.94, then under 9 upgraded from 8.0.94, then under a clean install of 9. Same results, every time. Anyone got any ideas?
