I've have about 5 minutes with BitTorrent. And sans wxPython too. 
Extract the tarball, run this little ditty, then rtfs or just run the 
curses and headless scripts.

src/BitTorrent-3.2.1b$ perl -pi -e 's|/usr/bin/env python$|/usr/bin/env python2.2|' *.py

Haha! Perl maketh Python go. ;)
