I believe that you want your entry to look something like this:

/dev/fd0     /mnt/floppy  auto       noauto,user 0 0

I "mis-spoke" earlier. The ",nosuid,noexec" is assumed when "user" is
specified.

If you just want satimis to be able to mount the floppy, and no one
else, then you probably want to use a different mechanism. Maybe you
want "sudo"?
