MySQL 4 was declared "ready for production" by its authors on March 25
of this year.  That was far after Red Hat 8.0 was released so I don't
see how they could have shipped it.  I'm sure it was also too late to
make the QA cutoff for Red Hat 9.

MySQL 4 isn't even in rawhide yet.
