docbook formating

Hi

I've tried to find a more suitable list. If this is OT please ignore kindly
or redirect me if possible.

I'm trying to generate PDF's via SGML. I've personalized the dsssl
style-sheet a bit, but there is one thing I can't get arround: I don't get
continuous paging. For example, TOC is numbered "i" to "iv" and then when
chapter 1 starts, it's first page is "1", not "5". I've seen correct paging
in all the redhat guides, and they've been done with docbook, but I just
havn't found any mail or list where I can ask the redhat doc team how
they've done it.

Any help?

Thanks,

Reven
