i just installed redhat 8 and i am trying to figure out how to activate telnet. when i try to telnet to the box i get the error 'connection refused'. i have looked at the file /etc/xinitd.d/telnet but the entry for disable is set to 'no'. is there another file i need to modify to turn the telnet service on?
