I think gphoto only supports cameras that use some proprietary protocol. My
camera supposed to be a mass storage device, similar to disk on key and
other devices. On the internet I found some report about same problems with
similar cameras (including digimax 340, which shares user manual with my
camera). So, I give up for now. May be I'll buy a supported compactflash
reader.
