Hello, Pavel :)
Thanks for your speedy response :)  I read the man page for kudzu and I
tried the following:

/usr/sbin/kudzu -p

The only CDROM picked up was the following:
class: CDROM
bus: SCSI
detached: 0
device: scd0
driver: ignore
desc: "Memorex 52MAXX 2452AJ"
host: 0
id: 1
channel: 0
lun: 0

I then ran the --bus and --class options, with no results.  If I'm
missing something, and I haven't done what you said, please let me know
:)  I tried all of what I thought were the relevant options :)
