sorry, can't devine what version of evolution you're using so I can't
answer that too well :P

I _think_ that you're not using 1.2.0?  There is a 1.2.0 rpm for RedHat
8.0 that you can find here:
http://people.redhat.com/~katzj/evolution/RPMS/
Start with the evolution rpm and then download others as rpm tells you
it needs them. I didn't need them all, some did...
