for the fast and simple configuration, setup your squid ...
and configure clients browsers to use proxy server ...
this way is more easy ..


now, for a good look configuration, do you need learn iptables
(www.netfilter.com or .org... i don't remember..)
there're many howtos... with examples...
try!!
