Can you tell us what version of rp-pppoe are you using? What is the symptom that it doesn't work? Is the client at least able to connect to the routing computer? There is iptables in RH80, if it is not there you have to get it from the cd's. After setting up the masquerading with adsl-setup, check what is in /etc/sysconfig/iptables. I faintly remember I had to make an iptables-save to save the firewall setup. Also, don't forget to set up ip forwarding on the router.
