I ran into the same problems, which could be reproduced most by clicking
the Site window.  I took the assumption that Dreamweaver uses a toolkit
with some driven by javascript at some level - so it would be
Dreamweaver's own generated javascript to control windows and the like.

It is javascript you haven't wrote right?

It might be possible to get at this javascript to make changes, however
this might be built into the exe. I decided it wasn't worth the effort.
(I prefer vim anyway).

Last time I paid any attention Dreamweaver MX wasn't supported in
Crossover Office (hence probably not in wine either) - but I had success
with Flash MX. A wild assumption would be that if it were a problem with
DLL support it might have been evident in Flash MX also.
