OK, It won't run from the command line, either --- looks like it didn't
install.  Soooo, next step is again attempt "upgrade" of the system from the
disks?  Hopeing not to crash the box and have to start all over AGAIN?

I'm gathering that you are looking for the GUI package manager - I think
it used to be known as Gno-RPM

I am using KDE and it's in the menu labelled 'System Settings' -
'Packages (Package Management' but if you are using Gnome, it may be
somewhere else or called something else

you can always run it from a command line...
redhat-config-packages
