Sanjeewa,

This is well documented in the Samba man pages, specifically for
smb.conf. The actual line in the config file is 'password server =', and
it allows you to specify the NetBIOS name of an authentication server.
The auth server can be either another Samba system or a Windows NT
system. This function requires that you have your Samba
'security=server' or 'security=domain'.

'man smb.conf' for more information. Samba is extremely well-documented:
the included documentation in man pages, the text docs in
/usr/share/samba-*/, and additional items at the samba.org website are
all great resources. I would highly recommend you use them if you are
trying to implement a server in an enterprise environment. There are
also Samba mailing lists to which you can subscribe, to get help with
your setup.
