RE: Package Manager

That I've done and am familiar with.  But I'm looking for the PACKAGE
MANAGER - the one that installas or removes function from the system.  Like
adding an RPM because I want MYSQL, for example.

Run rhn_register then run up2date.
Or I believe
Up2date --register.

Do a man up2date and it will tell you the switch to use to register it.
