I'm not completely sure but you might try: http://www.mbsi.ca/cnxtlindrv/ that is where they have the drivers... you will still need to find out if it is indeed a conexant (or rockwell) modem. If it is, you need to know if it is a HCF or a HSF.... go to the webpage and there is some help in identyfing your modem, etc, etc...
