For tasks like that which can be automated I use small Perl helper
scripts. Find attached a script I've written long ago and released
before (don't know where). It may not be user-friendly, it may or
may not work for you. And remember, there may be many other ways to
do it. Give it a Tripwire report file as command-line argument, and
it'll uncomment all missing files in Tripwire's policy file.
