Nope; the glibc on redhat 7.3 exposes the following symbols:

	$ strings /lib/libc.so.6 |grep GLIBC_
	GLIBC_2.0
	GLIBC_2.1
	GLIBC_2.1.1
	GLIBC_2.1.2
	GLIBC_2.1.3
	GLIBC_2.2
	GLIBC_2.2.1
	GLIBC_2.2.2
	GLIBC_2.2.3
	GLIBC_2.2.4
	GLIBC_PRIVATE
	
...ie: no GLIBC_2.3.

Some people will say that words like scum and rotten are wrong for
Objective Journalism -- which is true, but they miss the point.  It was
