Setup of redhat 8.0 (but also the Beta version of 8.1) fails on boot when load driver aic7xxx (but also aic7xxx_old) on PC whit: o moaterboard P4 Titan 667, GA-8ST667 series o chipset SIS 645DX, o Adaptech 29160 (or old Adaptech 2920) Boot whit SuSe 8.1 and RedHat 7.0 (and Win2000 sigh!) work fine, but I want setup RedHat 8.0! ... how to do?? on Google I have found this information sercing for "aic7xxx 645dx" > Linux Kernel Mailing List (LKML) Archive > ...
