Routing and forwarding are not necessarily the same.  What gateways do 
you have setup? You must establish a gateway to each subnet since your 
box is in the middle.  

A gateway is necessary to "route" packets to the appropriate subnet.  
Otherwise, the system will not know how to reach the different 
destinations.

Show us your complete routing table.
