Security settings don't reflect in the tool.  The tool always shows a default 
value of High, somewhat to encourage the user to use such a setting.  It will 
_NOT_ reflect current settings.

XMMS will not play mp3s on Red Hat 8.0, until you install a 3'rd party mp3 
plugin.  It is illegal for Red Hat to ship/sell 8.0 w/ mp3 playback 
capabilities, without paying a fee to Thompson and friends, which breaks GPL.  
As mentioned, freshrpms.net has a mp3 plugin.
