For future, there are three methods of answering this question yourself:

One:

$ rpm -q --whatprovides kernel-drm
kernel-2.4.18-14
kernel-2.4.18-17.8.0
kernel-2.4.18-18.8.0

Two:

The second resource is http://rpmfind.net but it is failing me today.
It can often provide the answer. The answers it gives for "kernel-drm"
are not what I would expect.

Three:

Google. Search "kernel-drm" -- third hit is from a Red Hat list.

Next in thread (reply to this) contains your answer.

The kernel provides kernel-drm. It is not a separate package.

$ rpm -q --whatprovides kernel-drm
kernel-2.4.18-18.8.0
