Hello.

Yes,you can not use RED HAT NETWORK but you can use the updates,I never used Red Hat Network
I use a tool called autoupdate,runs very well

http://www.mat.univie.ac.at/~gerald/ftp/autoupdate/

I use with these args:

/usr/sbin/autoupd --update --resolve --kernel  --initrd --boot \
   --checksize --nochecksig  --removebad --resolveuserpmdb --cleanupkernel \
   --updatedir /system/linux/updates/redhat/8.0/ --recursive \
   --rpmdir /system/linux/distributions/redhat8.0/ \
   --database /etc/autoupdate.d/autoprovides-redhat-8.0.db  \
   --log --logfile /var/log/aytoupdate
