I believe you can achieve the desired result by going to
edit -> current profile - > title and command

towards the bottom it offers the ability to run custom command
instead of the shell, you could place in there the command
to start gnome-terminal w/ those options.

Out side of that I think you would have to modify the GConf structure
to change the default terminal command.
