Sorry, 1 more thing.  Per the monitor specs, the optimal rate
is 1280x1024 at 60HZ so I specified the 60 for the vert refresh rate and
left horiz rate at 31-80 per the manual for the monitor.

I also set it to 1280x14 with a depth of 16.
