usb floppy on Tecra

I have a Toshiba USB Floppy Drive attached to a Tecra 8100. I can manually mount the drive with this command: mount /dev/sda /mnt/floppy.
and this works

I'm attempting to make this permanent.
I have modified the /etc/fstab file to include this:
/dev/sda /mnt/floppy auto noauto,owner,kudzu 0 0

after a reboot, it was changed back to /dev/fd0

Does anyone have experience with this?
