Just received word that a bug I reported in the Xscreensaver system has been confirmed by Red Hat > http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=76760 Although this report concerns KDE the screensaver wasn't working properly under Gnome for me (at times).
