Thank for your reply, of course others. I have set useNoSSLForPackages=1
and configuration for using HTTP proxy on NATing firewall. But nothing
have changed. I have got the same error in all case.

I will research the cause but I am going to use other network by some
reason. So, the research will be done after longtime. When I solve this
problem I will report this list. Thank you.
