fetchmailconf was turned off in the fetchmail spec file.
Which is rather funny, since due to the new "/usr/lib/rpm/check-files", 
the source rpm can't be rebuilt (with rpm-4.1-1.06)  without editing the 
spec file and enabling fetchmailconf.

You can either install and rebuild the fetchmail source rpm after editing 
the spec file, or you can grab the version I rebuilt from here:
http://www.tuxfan.homeip.net:8080/rpms/fetchmailconf-5.9.0-21.i386.rpm
