I had the same problem with CDs, and if you have plenty of
drive space, you can do what I did.

1.  Make the boot floppy
2.  Copy/create the iso images on the machine you are upgrading
3.  Boot from the floppy
4.  Answer the media location as local disk
5.  point to the partition that has the iso images
