Re: kernel-header.rpm where?

Sorry, but I still don't understand

In redhat support there are several kernel rpm package such as kernel 
kernel-ibcs, kernel pcmcia, kerne-source and kernel-headers... where can I 
find kernel-headers? or what is glibc-kernheaders?
