My particular need of the moment, until I put another box down in the 
hosting center, is a client compatible with the Windows 2000 
implementation of PPTP.  I was to make sure that the authentication 
method used is more recent (and more secure) mechanism--I think that is 
CHAP, but I'm unsure.

Eventually I'd like to get the built-in CIPE VPN available in 'neat' to 
work, as my reading seems to indicate that this is a stronger VPN 
encryption technology than PPTP.  Then it will be time to put the first 
Linux box into the infrastructure down at the hosting center. :-)
