	If I read this right you wan to have a single configuration for all
users on the system.  Is this for creating the users?  If so you can put
all the configurations and directories and everything else in
/etc/skel.  Whatever in in there will be used to build a users hom
directory.

	If I understand this right I don't see a way around having to do at
least some of the work manually.  You either need to make mappings or
have a login script that will map things the way they need to be then a
logoff script to unmap them.
