OK, this might be the source of your problem.  That's not a Red Hat package
. . . we shipped mozilla-1.0.1-24 with RHL 8.0.  My guess would be that the
mozilla package that you have is installing the library somewhere other
than where kmozilla is expecting it.

Actually, just checked this out myself.  I downloaded mozilla-1.0.0-0_xft
from ftp.mozilla.org and looked at the package listing.  It installed the
following file:

/usr/lib/mozilla-1.0.0/libgtkembedmoz.so

But kmozilla is expecting to find:

/usr/lib/libgtkembedmoz.so

Hence it can't find the file on startup.
