/etc/lpd.perms.  The as-shipped LPRng configuration rejects all
non-local jobs, for better security.  You can add a line like:

ACCEPT SERVICE=X REMOTEIP=192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0

to allow printing from hosts on your subnet.
